PREPRESS SERVICES

We offer "traditional" prepress services (also known as dtp, desktop publishing) for business customers as well as for printing companies, ad agencies, graphic designers, etc.

You can choose to use our services on a regular basis or for the duration of a single project. We do the work in our own offices. Files and documents can be exchanged via Email, upload on our web server or by sending CD-R's by post.

Layout

A well done arrangement of texts, pictures and illustrations is not only important for the appearance of a publication, but also regarding availability for future applications (e.g. future projects or in other media).

Type-setting

For us, type-setting is more than just a task that has to be done between layout and printing. As an example, we take great care when we edit texts to split the lines where it makes the most sense (visually or concerning content, etc).

Proof-reading

Texts in German and Thai are proof-read in-house. For other languages, we organize mother-tongue proof-readers.

Our Hardware

We use Macintosh computers at our company. A Windows computer is used for data conversion and other specific tasks.

Our Software

We work mostly with Adobe applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Golive, Dreamweaver, Acrobat) and Quark XPress.

Depending on the project other software may also be used.
